It’s the little things that have made me a loyal Starbucks Gateway customer since 2019! 2. Drinks: - you will never go wrong with a Caramel Macchiato, Blonde Roast and Almond Milk! 3. Ambiance: - perfect place to get your studying done or to “WFH”. 4. Aesthetic: - always found the branding simple, intentional and impeccable. 5. Overall Service: - best Starbucks branch i’ve been to!"

"The staff are always so friendly and on top of their game. The service is always great. My favourite place to grab a hot chocolate after seeing a movie. It's also a great place to sit and work if you need to or just sit back and chill for a while. Love the food items too, prepared quickly and taste delicious!"

"Great experience at the Starbucks in Gateway Mall. The upstairs seating has a really nice view and a great atmosphere. The staff are excellent. Friendly smiling and clearly working in sync. Watching them make coffee is actually satisfying because everyone knows their role. The vibe is perfect for sitting and getting work done. There are plug points available and the space feels comfortable and calm. I had a venti cappuccino with almond milk and an extra shot making it four shots total. The coffee was good overall but not as strong as I expected. Still I enjoyed it. Overall great service good coffee and a very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a place I would come back to."
